Nat Chalanukraw is the Founder and CEO of Flow AI. His work focuses on governance, compliance, technology law, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
His professional background spans legal practice, accounting, investment advisory, business operations, organizational management, and technology-related advisory. He is a licensed lawyer in Thailand and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). This cross-disciplinary experience supports a practical understanding of how governance, regulation, business decisions, and organizational implementation interact.
His current work includes the development of practical approaches to AI governance, compliance readiness, organizational accountability, and emerging technology risk.
As Founder and CEO, he leads Flow AI’s advisory direction and its mission to help organizations build trust in emerging technologies through governance, compliance, legal, and regulatory advisory.

Her approach ensures organizations are not only technically prepared, but also organizationally and culturally ready to sustain transformation.
She brings deep expertise in HR strategy, organization development, culture transformation, and talent management, with a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business objectives. Throughout her career, she has shaped enterprise-wide HR strategies, enhanced employee experience, and built organizational capabilities to support growth and large-scale transformation.
Currently, she works as an independent management consultant, partnering with organizations to drive HR transformation, culture change, and organizational development, bringing structured methodologies and practical frameworks to strengthen leadership capability and organizational readiness in the AI era.
She works closely with Flow AI to ensure that organizations are not only technically ready for AI, but also fully prepared from people, culture, and governance perspective.
